Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Conference Committee report on the following,               
which is under Unfinished Business (page 3615), at this time:

Relating to the Task Force on Motorized Oil Transport.

SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 1                                            
Suspending provisions of Rule 1(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska               
State Legislature, relating to proportional minority membership on             
standing committees as it applies to the Senate Finance Committee              
during the Twenty-First Alaska State Legislature.                              
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Green moved that the House adopt the Conference                 
Committee report, thus adopting CCS SCR 1 and recommended that                 
the members vote yes.
